The Purge SCUM Server

The Hardest SCUM Server

The Purge is often said to be the hardest SCUM server due to it's unique features where server settings dynamically change every 3 hours making it impossible for players to adapt to the environment. Every setting on the server is modified between fixed values daily and loot, puppets, NPCs behaviour every 3 hours using a custom external script. This rotation of settings creates unique scenarios that you would not see on other servers requiring players to constantly adapt their play style to survive. The server has 2 modes that are dictated at random. When the server is in standard mode the green parts of the map are PVE and the red parts are PVP, traders are also PVE in this mode. When the server is in purge mode the whole map will be red and is set to PVP everywhere including traders. During both modes you can build anywhere on the map excluding the traders and mines are active in all PVP zones.

  2. No Stream Sniping Of Anyone Playing On The Server
  3. No Excessive Toxic Or Griefing Behaviour
  4. Flags Must Have A Base, Any Flags Found Without A Base Will Be Deleted
  5. You can build anywhere including in main POI's but you must not block access to top tier loot locations for other players, i.e do not block bunker doors, police station access etc, places like churches, houses, garages etc are fine. If you block access to top tier locations this will cause immediate action from Tec-01.

This is the standard mode the server runs on week days when no purge event is activated.

Every Monday there is a chance that a Purge event will be triggered for the following weekend, the chance increases by 10% every week until a purge is triggered. You can check for purge events in the ⁠tec-01 channel in Discord. If a Purge event is triggered on the Monday the following weekend after that Monday the settings below will apply.

The Purge VEIN Server

The Purge is a unique VEIN server where server settings dynamically change every 3 hours making it impossible for players to adapt to the environment. Every setting on the server is modified between fixed values over different periods of time using a custom script. This rotation of settings creates unique scenarios that you would not see on other servers requiring players to constantly adapt their play style to survive. The server has 2 modes that are dictated at random. When the server is in standard mode settings are randomised at a lower rate and bases can't be offline raided. When the server is in purge mode everything is randomised at a higher rate and so is rewards but there will be no offline protection.
